The mission of the UC Irvine Health Child Development School is to deliver behavioral support and education seamlessly and in the manner in which children impaired by Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorders and related challenges can best reach their social, emotional, and academic potential.

Additionally, the program aims to provide a model laboratory school environment in which educators, behavioral health professionals, and residents can train side by side.
